Joe Liebezeit, Avian Conservation Program Manager for the Audubon Society of Portland, will offer a presentation on how volunteer efforts to monitor seabird populations have contributed to a better understanding of seabird populations in the marine reserves. This Lower Nehalem Watershed Council presentation is co-hosted with the Friends of Cape Falcon Marine Reserve.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with refreshments provided.  The watershed council will hold a brief meeting at 7 p.m., and the presentation will begin at 7:20 p.m.
