Cascade Head Marine Reserve Hike
The Lincoln City Audubon chapter is celebrating Marine Reserve Awareness Month in August, marking the occasion with a number of special events, including several hikes featuring an aspect of the Cascade Head Marine Reserve. All hikes are free, and are led by expert naturalists.
On Saturday, Aug. 28, the hike will be along the beach, starting at Roads End State Recreation Site in the Roads End area at the northern end of Lincoln City. The Cascade Head Marine Reserve lies immediately adjacent to this stretch of beach. There will be an optional guided walk up The Knoll Open Space to follow.
Pre-registration is required for this hike. Upon registration, you will receive an email acknowledgment which includes the meeting location, or notice that you've been placed on our waiting list. To register, go here.
