Community Meeting on Coos Bay EMP

Our colleagues, Rogue Climate, have been holding a series of community meetings to assist local citizens with getting engaged in the planning process for the Coos Bay estuary. The Coos Bay Estuary Management Plan is currently being updated, and this is the opportunity to push for maximum resource protection and protection from harmful development.

Rogue Climate’s organizers will provide tools for building community power to advocate for a thriving estuary and community. 

One of these meetings takes place on Thursday, June 1, 6-8 p.m. in the North Bend Public Library (1800 Sherman Ave.) in the library’s meeting room.
