Restoring dunes is an ongoing concern in Oregon, particularly where the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area is concerned. So a conference on restoring dunes, even one based in California, may be of great interest here.
On Thursday, Jan. 11, a free, hybrid Dunes Restoration Conference takes place, co-hosted and organized by the U.S. Forest Service and the California Dune Science Network.
