The Oregon Hatchery Research Center, located on Fall Creek in the Alsea River basin, will hold its annual “Fall Creek Festival” on Saturday, Nov. 4, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is free and open to the public, though advanced registration is necessary.
