Global Warming Commission Meets

The Oregon Global Warming Commission will meet Monday, Dec. 11. The public meeting will be held from noon to 3:00 p.m. online.

At this meeting, the Commission will hear an update from the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality on development of the Climate Pollution Reduction Grant Priority Climate Action Plan and plans for updating Oregon’s consumption-based inventory. The Governor’s Office will also present a proposal for allocation of the Natural and Working Lands Fund for initial discussion.

The agenda and meeting information, including how to listen in, is available on the Commission’s website. As always, public comments may be submitted through the Commission's contact form online or by email. Members of the public will also have an opportunity to sign up during the meeting to make oral comments.
