The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife’s Marine Reserves Program is inviting the public to a casual session on the research being done in Oregon’s marine reserves—and offering a free slice of pizza as an inducement.
From 4-6 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 24, representatives from the Marine Reserves Program will share information about the agency’s research program. Members of the public are invited to attend not only to learn, but to provide feedback and offer any ideas they may have for research within the reserves. The event is free and open to all…and, pizza!
For more information, contact Cristen Don, the Marine Reserves Program leader, at (541) 272-4268, cristen.n.don@state.or.us.
