The Ecola Creek Awareness Project is hosting a Mushroom Walk on November 7 at 11 a.m. along Ecola Creek in Cannon Beach. Dane Osis, a ranger at Fort Stevens State Park, will lead a mushroom foraging orientation walk to find and identify edible and inedible mushrooms in the Ecola Creek watershed. Participants should bring a basket and knife, and dress for the weather.
