The North Bend City Council will consider the recommendation(s) of the city’s planning commission concerning the Coos Bay Estuary Management Plan (CBEMP) update during a Tuesday, Oct. 24 meeting. The meeting takes place at 7 p.m. in the North Bend City Hall Council Chambers (835 California Ave.).
This gives the public another opportunity to provide comments on the draft plan, either in person at the meeting, or in writing. Written comments must be sent to dpayne@northbendcity.org. Verbal testimony can be delivered in person or remotely. To testify in person, register before the meeting outside the council chambers or e-mail dpayne@northbendcity.org with a request. If you wish to testify remotely, write to the same address by 1 p.m. the day of the hearing; a Zoom link will be provided.
