OPAC meeting in action.
The next meeting of the state’s Ocean Policy Advisory Council it planned for Monday, Oct. 21, at the Agate Beach Best Western (3019 N. Coast Hwy) in Newport. The tentative starting time, 9 a.m., may change.
The agenda for this meeting is not yet available but will be published on www.OregonOcean.info/OPAC once finalized. This meeting will have a remote connection available.
This is worth marking calendars for, as OPAC will consider the new Rocky Habitat Draft Management Strategy, marine reserves management, ocean acidification and more. Look for more details in this space when they become available.
