The state’s Ocean Policy Advisory Council meets virtually on Thursday, Nov. 4, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Those concerned about such ocean-related issues as rocky habitat protection, cables crossing the shoreline, and offshore wind energy, will find them addressed during this meeting.

There is a public comment period at 10 a.m.  The rocky habitat management strategy comes up at 10:45.  Undersea cables will be discussed at 1 p.m., and offshore wind planning at 1:30.

Here is the complete draft agenda.
