The Rocky Shores Working Group of the Ocean Policy Advisory Council (OPAC) meets on Friday, Oct. 20, 10 a.m.-1 p.m., in the Basement Hearing Room of the Department of Land Conservation and Development (635 Capitol St., S.E. in Salem).

At the urging of Oregon Shores, OPAC convened a working group to consider the adequacy of the state’s rocky shore protections as part of statewide land use goal #19, which governs the state’s Territorial Sea.
