The Elakha Alliance is offering an introductory webinar that tells the unfinished story of sea otters in Oregon. “Sea Otters in Oregon: Once upon a Time…and Perhaps Again,” will premier on Wednesday, June 3, 6-7:30 p.m.
The webinar will cover sea otter history, conservation concerns, the their impact on coastal ecology. It will explore the potential for restoring a key piece of Oregon’s natural legacy. The presenters will be the Elakha Alliance’s Board Chair, Bob Bailey and Outreach & Community Relations Director John Goodell.
Oregon Shores was involved in the founding of the Elakha Alliance and strongly supports the effort.
