On Sunday, Sep. 17, Your Song My Song performs Water the Musical in Astoria at the Kala Performance Space (1017 Marine Drive). This family-friendly and interactive musical event showcases Your Song My Song's 200 space and sea puppets and invites kids of all ages to join in the fun of celebrating our planet.
Jesse Jones, Oregon Shores' CoastWatch Program Manager, will be present with activities and information about CoastWatch in the Schools and citizen and community science opportunities on the Oregon coast. Doors open at 2:30. Come early to make a piece of art to send to space, grab a seat, and get drinks at the bar. Bring the whole family to dance, play, and sing along as we go on a musical adventure about our beautiful coastlands and planetary home in space.
