For those concerned about offshore wind development, serious about digging into the scientific background, and willing to get up early, a webinar on available data on offshore wind is being held on Tuesday, Oct. 10, at 8 a.m. The webinar introduces a new tool for tracking information about offshore wind on Tethys, an intergovernmental information site.

The webinar will feature a live demonstration of the new tool, highlight several major offshore wind projects around the world, and describe how offshore wind project developers can contribute--or not.
