Join Oregon State University (OSU) professor Dr. Nate Kirk on Thursday, July 21 at 3:30 p.m. to learn about his research on intraspecific competition amongst aggregating anemones in the rocky intertidal zone. This talk is part of the research seminar series offered by the Hatfield Marine Science Center (HMSC).
Dr. Kirk is a molecular ecologist specializing in research on symbiotic relationships in marine environments. In addition to his research, Dr. Kirk is a professor in the Department of Integrative Biology and teaches several undergraduate classes at OSU on invertebrate biology and marine ecology.
These talks are delivered in a hybrid fashion. The event is free, and all are welcome to attend in person in the auditorium of the Gladys Valley Marine Studies Building at the HMSC (2030 S.E. Marine Science Dr) or can register here to attend remotely via Zoom.
