The Pacific Maritime Heritage Museum in Newport (333 S.E. Bay Blvd.) will host a panel discussion on estuary management on Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2-4 p.m.  Museum admission is waived for those attending the discussion. The event is free and open to all.

The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Angela Doerr, Assistant Professor of Practice, Oregon State University, Oregon Sea Grant.  The panelists are:

  • Lisa Phipps, Program Manager, Oregon Coastal Management Program at Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development
  • Derek Wilson, Habitat Conservation Biologist, Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife
  • Evan Hayduk, Midcoast Watersheds Council Coordinator
