Earth Day Gathering at Beverly Beach

CoastWatch will hold a special Earth Day gathering at Beverly Beach State Park, from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, April 22. Meet at the Education Yurt.  Fawn Custer will give an overview of what CoastWatchers have been finding on the shore in recent months, and then, weather permitting, will lead the group to the beach for a low-tide guided survey of the driftline.  While this isn’t a citizen science training, there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and learn about some of the ways to get involved in research projects on the coast.
