Concerned citizens in Tillamook County are celebrating the People’s March for Science, taking place around the country on Saturday, April 22, with a climate fair as well as a local march.
The Climate Fair takes place 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Tillamook Main Library, Hatfield Room, 1716 Third Ave. The march then assembles at 1 p.m. at Sue Elmore Park, at the intersection of Hwy 101 (Main St.) and Front St. Participants are encouraged to bring a sign. The march will take place rain or shine.
