The 14th annual Pacific City Birding and Blues Festival is from April 20-22. The festival will consist of three days of awesome blues music and birding! Birding and Blues is a nonprofit community festival whose mission is to provide a community-driven event that is both informative and entertaining, to celebrate the spring migration of birds and the natural resources of South Tillamook County.
Events center around the Kiawanda Community Center. Visitors can venture into the field with experts and attend workshops and lectures in this bird watcher’s paradise with up to 140 current resident species. Birders and nature enthusiasts can enjoy multiple guided field trips to surrounding natural areas, paddle trips, and nature presentations hosted by birding professionals.
On Saturday night everyone gathers back at the center for a fun evening of rigorous and rockin’ blues entertainment.
