Meeting on Saving the Dunes

The Oregon Dunes Restoration Collaborative invites the public to an event that will provide an brief introduction to the Oregon Dunes, the threats they face, and strategies for preserving them.  The meeting takes place Monday, Aug. 26, 5 p.m., at the Oregon State University Extension Office auditorium (1134 S.E. Douglas Ave.) in Roseburg.  Mingle with Collaborative members for the first half-hour; the talk begins at 5:30 p.m.  The event is free and open to all.
