See a previous conservation calendar listing about an opportunity to comment in person on the scientific aspects of the new draft Northwest Forest Plan for the region’s national forests, on Tuesday, December 6, at a “Public Forum for Soliciting Input for Peer Reviewers of the Northwest Forest Plan Science Synthesis.” You can find the draft Northwest Forest Plan along with additional information at this link, and you can use a portal for submitting written comments online. The deadline for submitting online comments is January 6, 2017.
